Corinne Sabourin

Nutritionist, Registered Medical Herbalist & Naturopath

Corinne is a Nutritionist and Registered Medical Herbalist & Naturopath, with a strong grounding in science courtesy of her previous engineering career.  She is passionate about supporting menstrual & reproductive health through all ages and into the wisdom years, and enjoys her role as Naturopath as Teacher to empower her clients on their health journey.  Digestive health, mental health, immune support, and aging well are also her areas of proficiency.

Corinne has a particular interest in working with our delightful neurodivergent community, who hold a special place in her heart.

In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, snuggling with one of her many pets, and diving into a new book (the thicker the better).
